What should I do if the wrong product is shipped?

Contact us immediately at service@naturaleco.com, or +1.561.544.6006 Extension 4.

Please provide your order number and verify your address and we will instruct you on what to do next. For some items, we will issue a call tag. Simply have the returned items packaged and ready and UPS or another preferred courier will pick them up and return them at no cost to you. We will, of course, be sure to re-ship the correct merchandise.

IMPORTANT!

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances for returned products or refused shipments, without first contacting Natural Eco Organics for proper RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization).
     
  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances without proper RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from the Manufacturer.
     
  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, for damaged or used products.

Can I return merchandise after it's been used
awhile?

No. Federal law explicitly prohibits the resale of used bedding, mattresses or intimate products. Please refer to the email that was sent to you regarding the specific requirements for returning your merchandise or review our Returns Policy.

What if my shipment is taking too long to deliver?

The majority of Natural Eco Organics mattresses, cribs and mattress accessories textiles are made to order, so please allow 2 - 4 weeks for shipping. Sheets and blankets are usually shipped within 2 – 3 days (please refer to our product and shipping policy pages for more specific information regarding our the shipment of your order).

Shipping times may vary from other conventional sites because the natural resources such as the organic cotton, wool and wood that are used in the craftsmanship of our products are not as plentiful as synthetic or chemical materials.

Please feel free to log into your account at http://www.naturaleco-store.com with your email address and password and you will be able to trace and track the whereabouts of your order anywhere in the world!

How do I know my order has been received and processed?

Within 48 business hours after your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation via email with an estimated timeframe for preparation and shipment of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, contact us immediately at +1.561.544.6006 Ext. 1 so we can ensure that your order has been processed. Of course, you can also check online at http://www.naturaleco-store.com.

What if I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing?

Please contact us as soon as possible at service@naturaleco.com, or +1.561.544.6006 Ext. 4.

We are usually able to stop the shipment, cancel the order, and process a new order for the corrected items without further delaying your shipment.

If you have already received the merchandise or it has been shipped, please contact us for proper return polices and procedures. We  apologize; however, Natural Eco Organics is not responsible for the return shipment costs in this case. We will make arrangements for fulfillment of the corrected product, to ship as soon as your return package is received.

What should I do if my merchandise is damaged
when it arrives?

Please provide your order number and verify your address and we will instruct you on what to do next. For some items, we will issue a call tag. Simply have the returned items packaged and ready, and UPS or another preferred courier will pick them up and return them at no cost to you.

Once your received merchandise has been verified as damaged, a replacement product will be shipped.

Remember, it's important for you to contact us immediately to ensure you receive your replacement merchandise in a timely manner.
